The records (premiums, claims, reinsurance etc) for a syndicate (or multiple syndicates) in run off could be transferred or entered on to the Mendix application which would then stand alone from other live entities. The Mendix application has a strong and flexible reporting function, which is capable of producing all required reports for Managing Agents, Lloyd’s, FSA and also provides the requisite audit trails for accounting purposes. It also has the ability to link the records so that claims and reinsurance records link to premiums.
